IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Willow Staffing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
