IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Ivory Civic Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
