IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Granite Financial and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 406 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
