IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Hollow Energy and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
