IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Junction Community Partners is a Minneapolis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
