IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Sable Staffing Group is a Milwaukee staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
