IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Bridge Freight is a Miami logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
