IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Memphis, TN)

Bright Meridian Facilities looks after properties across the Memphis region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
