IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Drift Facilities is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
