IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Field Financial is a financial-services company in Madison, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 855 people based in Madison. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
