IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
