IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quill Arts Center and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
