IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield Glen Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
