IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Lakeside Facilities is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
