IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Lantern Manufacturing is a Little Rock manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
