IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Financial and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
