IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Cross Health Group is a healthcare provider in Little Rock with clinics and support teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
