IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Hollow Environmental Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
