IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove West Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
