IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Bright Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Las Vegas, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
