IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Glen Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Las Vegas with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
