IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Las Vegas, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
