IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Bridge Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
