IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Knoxville, TN)

Harborlight Beacon Markets is a Knoxville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
