IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Knoxville, TN)

Northwind Loom Property Management manages apartment communities around Knoxville. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
