IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Knoxville, TN)

Silverline Oak Facilities looks after properties across the Knoxville region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
