IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Bridge Legal Group is a Knoxville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
