IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Umber Banking Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
