IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Pike Construction is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
