IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Harbor Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Indianapolis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
