IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quarry Environmental Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
