IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Vista Financial Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
