IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Forge Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Honolulu presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
