IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Quill Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
