IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Fox Community Partners Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
