IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Wren Health provides primary and specialty care in Honolulu. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
