IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Junction Construction is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
