IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Fresno, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
