IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Rowan Health Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
