IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fresno, CA)

Bright Maple Staffing Group is a Fresno staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
