IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
