IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Timber Construction Partners is a Fresno contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
