IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Bright Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Fort Worth. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
