IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Maple Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
