IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in El Paso with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
