IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Detroit with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
