IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Detroit, MI)

Lumen Cross Health Group is a healthcare provider in Detroit with clinics and support teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
