IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Denver, CO)

Redstone Clear Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Denver. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
