IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Harbor Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Denver. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
