IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Denver, CO)

Summit Forge Freight Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
